Entrepreneurial Traits, Competency, Performance, and Sustainability of Micro-Enterprises in Kelantan, Malaysia

This study examined the effects of locus control, tolerance ambiguity, vision, persistence, and resilience on entrepreneurial competency, performance, sustainability among micro-enterprises in Kelantan, Malaysia. Adopting a cross-sectional design, authors collected data from 403 micro-entrepreneurs. The findings revealed that control vision significantly influenced competencies. In turn, competencies, visionary traits affected micro-enterprise performance. also positive effect competencies performance sustainability. confirmed significant mediating relationship between enterprise government developmental organizations should collaborate to enhance order facilitate sustainable
